Irrfan Khan ( Hindi : इरफ़ान खान ) (January 7, 1989 - April 29, 2020) was an Indian film actor. He is known for his work in Bollywood, British Indian, Hollywood and Telugu films. In his 35-year career, he has acted in more than 50 domestic films, and has won numerous awards, including the National Film Award for Best Actor and four Filmfare Awards . Film critics, contemporary actors and other experts consider him one of the best actors in Indian cinema. In 2011, the Government of India awarded him the Padma Shri, India's fourth highest civilian honor Adorns. Apart from domestic films, he has acted in a number of international films, including The Warrior (2001), The Namesake (2006), The Darjeeling Limited , Academy Award winning film Slumdog Millionaire (2006), New York, I Love You (2009), The Amazing. Spider-Man (2012), Life of Pi (2012), Jurassic World (2015), and Inferno (2016). As of 2016, his films have grossed $ 3.84 billion worldwide at the box office. In 2016, he was treated for a neuroendocrine tumor. When he came back healthy, he was English mediumStarred in the film.
